Pies and other baked goods have been rolling out steady all Summer and we are already starting to see a significant increase in demand as the cooler weather rolls in and the Holiday Season approaches. Last year we sold a crazy number of pies leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas and demand is already looking to be much BIGGER this year. If you are planning to place a large order please don’t wait until the last minute as orders will be filled on a First Come, First Served Basis as we plan our weekly Baking Schedules and Supply Orders for the coming months. While we have increased our production capacity, our baking schedule was fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance last year from September to January and we expect similar this year. Below is a list of Baked Goods that is available to pre-order. All of our Pies are handmade using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including Fresh Pork and Beef from Fauquier’s own Ferme GG Farm !
