It seems like every time we go for a little walk even just a short one around the farm house we make a new discovery. The farm is surrounded by and full of forest, there are numerous granite rock formations making massive hills, deep ravines and gulley’s, quiet hidden spaces tucked in among the trees on the river shore. Just a quick walk up on the rocks behind the house before supper led to the discovery of numerous wildflowers. We will have to crack open one of our field guides to wild flowers to figure out what each of these are.
